High quality, emotional healthcare services are not inexpensive and, in some cases, are unaffordable for the average American.

However, Frank Mannarino and the EMOSHUNS Team of highly qualified, licensed professionals are removing financial barriers to high quality, emotional healthcare and making excellent services available to everyone through reasonable fees, sliding scale fees, and a scholarship program.

Counseling services by telephone and e-mail are provided on a flat-rate basis, as listed on their respective pages at emoshuns.com.

We accept most insurance plans for in-person (face-to-face) emotional healthcare services. For those without insurance, services are provided on a case-by-case, sliding scale basis, as determined in a free consultation, including discussion and evaluation of the following considerations:

Family income
Household expenses
Other expenses
Number and type of dependents
Emotional Healthcare Service Plan
Type of services needed
Clinical and administrative hours required
Other individual factors

Emotional Healthcare Scholarship Program

A large part of emotional healing is giving to others what we have received ourselves. With this in mind, Frank Mannarino and the entire EMOSHUNS Team have agreed to devote time and professional expertise to providing in-person (face-to-face) counseling sessions - free of charge - to members of the community in need of, and deserving, free care.

Our "Emotional Healthcare Scholarship Program" provides services for free (or limited charge) to members of the community who need and deserve high quality emotional healthcare but, because of difficult circumstances, cannot afford standard costs.

Community Donation Scholarship Pool

EMOSHUNS has also created a "Community Donation Scholarship Pool" to allow those who are financially fortunate to donate money to defray the cost of emotional healthcare for those who are less fortunate.
